Return Policy
At The Brightcart Inc, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene standards. Please review our return policy carefully before making a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- There should not be aby make up stains or perfume fragrance in any items.
- The hygiene liner must be intact in swimwear, and all tags must be attached.
- We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear without the original hygienic liner.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Customized or personalized swimwear.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at info@thebrightcart.ca to initiate a return.
- Mention the reason for the return.
- Pack the swimwear securely.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect). - Send your package to:

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- We are a Canadian company; all returns must be shipped to a Canadian address.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
