Orders are processed and sent within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming
that we have received your order. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you
immediately.
When your package is ready for shipment, we will contact you with a tracking number for you to
locate it. Someone must be present at the shipping address to receive the package.
Once the order is shipped, the customer is responsible for the package. The Brightcart Inc.
cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, receipt of which has been
confirmed by the carrier. Be sure to check with the carrier to ensure your delivery. Any
unforeseen carrier delays are not the responsibility of The Brightcart Inc.
Any additional fees, taxes (for some provinces, states, or countries) or customs fees are the
responsibility of the customer. It is vital that you track your package; it may be retained at the
customs and returned if the customer does not follow the procedures or pay any applicable
customs fees. The Brightcart Inc. will not make any refunds in these instances.
