Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
There should not be aby make up stains or perfume fragrance in any items.
The hygiene liner must be intact in swimwear, and all tags must be attached.
We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.
Non-Returnable Items
Swimwear without the original hygienic liner.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Customized or personalized swimwear.
Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
Contact our customer support at info@thebrightcart.ca to initiate a return.
Mention the reason for the return.
Pack the swimwear securely.
Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
We are a Canadian company; all returns must be shipped to a Canadian address.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
